GCSE examinations start at 9.00am in the morning and 1.30pm in the afternoon unless otherwise advised. You need to line up outside the relevant exam room 30 minutes before these times. Please check your individual candidate timetable with regards to the room that your examination is being held in.<\/p>\n

If you miss any of your examinations you may NOT be able to re-sit them again this year. If you are ill and cannot take the exam, you must telephone the school immediately and leave a message for the Examinations Staff. You must provide a medical certificate from your doctor in order for us to provide this information to the examination board. If you do not have a genuine reason for missing any of your examinations you will be charged for the exams missed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collecting Exam Results<\/h1>\n

If a student is unable to collect their results in person, there are two alternative options:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Postal Delivery<\/strong>
    Students may leave an A4 stamped, self-addressed envelope<\/strong> with the Exams Office in advance. Their results will then be posted to their home address.<\/li>\n
  2. Collection by a Representative<\/strong>
    A friend or relative may collect the results on the student\u2019s behalf. In this case, the student must email the school at examsoffice@beauchamps.essex.sch.uk<\/a><\/strong> from their Beauchamps email address<\/strong>, clearly stating the full name of the person collecting the results.
    The nominated person must bring personal identification<\/strong> when collecting the results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Exam results cannot be given out over the phone or by email.<\/strong><\/p>\n
