The Full Governing Body meet a minimum of six times a year
At the first meeting of each academic year, Governors elect a Chair and Vice-Chair and decide the structure and composition of their various working committee.<\/p>\n

I joined the Beauchamps High School Governing Body in 2012. I have had two children pass through the school, the eldest is now back as a teacher.\u00a0 I have taken early retirement but taught in Essex since 1989.\u00a0 I became a Headteacher in 2002, firstly at Grange Primary School and from 2007 at a two-form entry primary in Hutton. I was also an Ofsted Inspector. I am involved in local sport and I am currently the Chair and Treasurer for the British Schools\u2019 Gymnastics Association Eastern Region, and used to coach my school\u2019s team.<\/p>\n
